Join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Watford as a Production Technician. We're hiring motivated team players who can follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), has experience of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), handle large-scale equipment, and ensure quality through precise documentation and in-process checks.

What You'll Do:
  • Operate production machinery in a clean room environment

  • Follow SOPs and complete accurate batch documentation

  • Carry out in-process quality checks

  • Help with cleaning, setup, and general production duties

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in GMP, pharmaceutical, food, or chemical manufacturing

  • Sharp attention to detail and documentation accuracy

  • Able to work 12-hour shifts on a 4-on, 4-off rotation (days/nights)

  • Must have a driver's license and own transport
