Job Title: Technical Delivery Lead
Location: Stevenage, UK (Hybrid 23 days on-site per week)
Contract Type: Contract (6 months)
Day Rate:Inside IR35 - Market rate

Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Lead to join a dynamic technology environment supporting the delivery of advanced infrastructure and data solutions. This is a hands-on role for an individual contributor who can take ownership of technical delivery and drive innovation across modern platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead the technical delivery of infrastructure and application deployments.
  • Apply an Agile mindset to manage priorities, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Work hands-on with IT infrastructure, particularly Azure VMs, data storage, and file systems.
  • Install and configure Linux-based server applications and manage Linux file shares.
  • Support containerisation and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns with business and technical goals.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Strong understanding of Azure infrastructure, Linux OS, and server environments.
  • Hands-on experience with application installation on Linux systems.
  • Experience with container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python and R.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Databricks and Domino.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Confident communicator, capable of leading discussions and influencing decisions.
  • Adaptable and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.
