Responsibilities: Project Coordinator.
- Assist in planning and executing project activities and timelines
- Maintain project documentation including plans, reports, meeting minutes, and risk logs
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate notes
- Track project progress using spreadsheets and project management tools
- Support project communication across teams and stakeholders
- Follow up on outstanding tasks and support issue resolution
- Perform administrative duties related to the project life-cycle
Requirements: Project Coordinator.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and basic project management tools e.g Trello, Asana, Jira, MS Project or Teams, smart sheet desirable
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Desirable (Nice to Have): Project Coordinator.
- Internship or work experience in a project-driven environment
- Certification such as CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or similar
