Occupational Health Admin Support - Hybrid | Stevenage
We're seeking a proactive and organised Occupational Health Admin Support professional to join a defence company in Stevenage. This hybrid role offers flexibility (full-time or part-time) with 3 days onsite per week and an immediate start following BPSS clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Occupational Health database (Cohort)
- Provide statistical analysis and reporting
- Support the OH Manager and team with administrative tasks including filing, tracking, and minute-taking
- Occasional travel to site for document scanning
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong IT proficiency (MS Office)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience in customer service and accurate minute-taking
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach
- Passionate about health and wellbeing
Qualifications:
- Minimum A-levels with 5 GCSEs (grades A-C)
- Degree or BTEC in Business Administration (desirable)
- Previous OH admin experience (desirable)
