Occupational Health Admin Support - Hybrid | Stevenage

We're seeking a proactive and organised Occupational Health Admin Support professional to join a defence company in Stevenage. This hybrid role offers flexibility (full-time or part-time) with 3 days onsite per week and an immediate start following BPSS clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Occupational Health database (Cohort)
  • Provide statistical analysis and reporting
  • Support the OH Manager and team with administrative tasks including filing, tracking, and minute-taking
  • Occasional travel to site for document scanning

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Strong IT proficiency (MS Office)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Experience in customer service and accurate minute-taking
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach
  • Passionate about health and wellbeing

Qualifications:

  • Minimum A-levels with 5 GCSEs (grades A-C)
  • Degree or BTEC in Business Administration (desirable)
  • Previous OH admin experience (desirable)
