What you'll be doing:
- Supporting students 1:1 or in small groups with their learning, emotional regulation, and social interaction.
- Applying your understanding of behaviour, trauma, and developmental psychology in the classroom.
- Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to create a nurturing, structured environment.
- Building trust, setting boundaries, and becoming a positive, consistent role model.
What we're looking for:
- A graduate in Psychology, Criminology, or a related subject.
- Someone calm under pressure, empathetic, and emotionally resilient.
- A genuine interest in SEN, mental health, or youth support work.
- Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals (desirable but not essential).
