The position is for a Surveyor at a growing independent Chartered Surveying practice in Hertfordshire, available on either an employed or consultancy basis.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the industry and hold AssocRICS qualifications.
The employed role offers a salary between £50,000 and £60,000, with an OTE of £80,000 to £90,000 including commission.
Consultancy work is also available with a 60/40% split favoring the Surveyor, along with professional fees and mileage compensation.
Strong communication skills and a UK driving license are required, and ideally, candidates should have access to their own car.

Due to expansion and increased business levels, our clients who act as both consultants and surveyors offering a full range of surveying and valuation works, are currently looking to add to their team in Hertfordshire. They are open to experience, however, AssocRICS qualifications and a minimum of 2 years in the industry are essential.

Working hours:

As a Surveyor, you’ll be required to work full-time Monday – Friday for an employed role. Consultancy work is available on a part-time basis

Our client is offering the successful Surveyor:

Employed basis: £50,000 - £60,000 basic + commission structure offering £80,000 - £90,000 OTE per annum
Consultancy basis: 60/40% split in favour of Surveyor
Professional fees paid
Mileage paid for those who have their own car
Car allowance is negotiable

Surveyor requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Surveyor - Ideally general practice surveyor but would be open to those experience in residential surveying
Minimum AssocRICS qualified
UK driving license
Ideally access to own car
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
