What You'll Do
As our Hotel Duty Manager, youll be the heartbeat of daily operationsleading the team, supporting departments, and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee hotel and conference operations
- Lead and motivate staff across departments
- Resolve guest queries with professionalism and care
- Maintain high standards of service, safety, and cleanliness
- Support training and development of team members
- Promote the hotel to prospective guests and clients

- 2+ years in hospitality management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A positive, professional, and proactive attitude
