Sales Administrator
Location: Stirling

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident and proactive Sales Administrator to join one of our clients - a dynamic, forward-thinking organisation based in Stirling. This permanent role offers the chance to support the Sales Director and team in a close-knit, high-performing environment where your contribution will be truly valued.

We're looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and brings energy to everything they do. In this role, you'll provide vital administrative support to senior leaders and the wider sales team, helping to keep operations running smoothly and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate weekly sales reports from Salesforce
  • Report on reservations, exchanges, cancellations, and completions
  • Prepare monthly settlement statements for solicitors
  • Liaise with solicitors daily regarding exchanges and completions
  • Manage weekly client extras submissions
  • Respond to email and telephone enquiries from prospective clients
  • Provide data for internal surveys
  • Maintain holiday records for the sales team
  • Issue completion certificates to solicitors
  • Process refund and cheque requests with supporting documentation
  • Attend weekly sales build meetings

About You:

  • Proven administrative experience in a sales or customer-focused environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Friendly, professional, and confident communication style
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn new systems
  • A reliable team player who is organised, proactive, and results-driven
