An established housebuilder is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team in Stirling. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-focused individual to support a busy sales team within the residential property sector.
Key Responsibilities-
Generate weekly sales reports (reservations, exchanges, completions, cancellations) using Salesforce

Liaise with solicitors to coordinate exchanges and completions

Manage client extras, legal documents, and internal reports

Maintain accurate data across developments, including plot information and pricing

Handle sales enquiries and update CRM systems

Support part exchange and assisted move schemes

Attend weekly sales/build meetings and follow up on actions

Previous admin experience, ideally in property or construction

Strong IT skills (Salesforce experience preferred)

Excellent communication and organisation

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
