Your Role: As an Insurance Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your day will be filled with diverse and engaging tasks:

  • Claims Management: Dive into handling property claims, including fire, water, and storm damage, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
  • Client Communication: Be the go-to person for clients, providing timely updates and expert guidance throughout the claims process.
  • Documentation: Gather and review essential documents, such as damage reports, repair estimates, and photographs, ensuring everything is in order.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with adjusters, contractors, and other stakeholders to streamline repairs and services.
  • Compliance: Keep everything above board by ensuring all claims comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Reporting: Maintain meticulous records and generate detailed reports on claims activities and outcomes.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional support to clients, addressing their concerns with empathy and professionalism.

  • Experience: Proven experience in an insurance-based claims environment is a must.
