Kolt Recruitment are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Technician to join a busy Accident Repair Centre in Sandydown. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled bodyshop professional to work in a modern workshop, carrying out a variety of high-quality repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out vehicle repairs across multiple disciplines including panel, paint, and mechanical work.
- Use modern repair techniques and equipment to ensure accurate results.
- Work to manufacturer and insurance standards, delivering excellent workmanship.
- Undertake stripping and refitting of vehicle components when required.
- Maintain high levels of quality control and attention to detail.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines while supporting the wider bodyshop team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Technician within a bodyshop or accident repair environment.
- Strong skills across panel, paint, and mechanical or strip and fit disciplines.
- Relevant qualifications (ATA/NVQ Level 3) desirable but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
- Full UK driving licence.
