NMS Recruit have a fantastic opportunity for a Field Service Operations Coordinator Marine and Power Generation OEM. You will be part of a team delivering a high level of service operations in a dynamic fast paced working environment.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the Processing of all FSE Timesheets and expenses, providing management reports as required for HR & Accounts and Head of Service.
  • Provide weekly management reporting on FSE utilisation
  • To arrange and book all Field Service travel and accommodation as directed by the relevant Contracts Manager and in line with company policies.
  • Ensure the upkeep of all Field Service records, training and certifications.
  • To assist the Field Service Manager to continue the development, completion and implementation of the Training Matrix for technical, non-technical and H&S training.
  • Organise initial and consequent refresher training to fulfil the requirements of the Operations Training Matrix.
  • Process expenses and assist implementation of Concur until completion.
  • Maintain holiday, stand down days, leave & absence records for the Field Service Team.
  • Support the Field Service Manager and Field Service Team on the day to day operations, including Inductions, Field Service Engineer movements etc.
  • To support the design of a new timesheet process workflow, administer and create /implement ongoing internal system training. Monitor and report feedback to Head of Contracts and FS Operations

  • Must have SAP experience
