Office Administrator - Mechanical Engineering Contractor

Location: Stockport
Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 (DOE)

A well-established Mechanical Engineering Contractor based in Stockport is looking to appoint an Office Administrator to support its busy operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a career within the construction and engineering sector.



The Role

  • Provide administrative support across the office, including handling calls, emails, and correspondence.

  • Assist with document control, filing, and project documentation.

  • Support managers with scheduling meetings, diary management, and general office coordination.

  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and assist with basic finance admin.

  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors in a professional manner.

About You
