Become the Resident Services Assistant at our thriving build-to-rent development in the heart of Manchester. In this permanent role, you'll be the first point of contact for our residents, delivering a first-class customer experience that enhances the vibrant community spirit we've cultivated. As a key member of our on-site property management team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents through your dedication to exceptional service.Residential EventsEngage with residents to foster a strong sense of community. Organise and host monthly resident events and initiatives. Ensure the development's amenity spaces and apartments are well-presented at all timesPreferred Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build effective relationships with residents
  • Experience in property management or a similar customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills to handle a variety of resident inquiries and requests
  • Proficiency in managing marketing portals and coordinating contractor appointments
  • Passion for creating a vibrant, inclusive community through resident engagement and events
