We’re hiring for an Installation Engineer to join a specialist engineering business based in Bredbury, Stockport.
In this role, you’ll be working on large-scale water treatment and filtration systems, installing plant equipment and PVC pipework on projects across the UK.
What’s on offer?
- £27.5k - £35k p/a
- Mon – Fri | 7am – 4pm
- Overtime available (Paid at 1.5x Saturdays / 2x Sundays)
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays (rising with service)
- Paid hotels & travel when working away (+ £30 nightly allowance)

What will you be doing as an Installation Engineer?
- Installing PVC pipework, filters, pumps, and dosing equipment
- Supporting new build & refurbishment projects for 25m/50m commercial pools
- Carrying out plastic welding, fabrication, bracketing, and plant room installs
- Working as part of a site team, travelling across the UK (working away up to 95% of the time)
- Assisting with commissioning and ensuring high standards of workmanship
What do you need?
- Experience in pipefitting, plumbing, or PVC pipe installation
- Practical skills with fabrication tools and machinery
- CSCS, PASMA, or IPAF (advantageous but not essential)
- Positive, reliable attitude and willingness to work away from home
