Sales Executive Role and Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers professionally and build strong relationships based on trust and rapport.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable vehicles and finance packages.
  • Conduct high-quality vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
  • Follow a structured sales process from enquiry through to handover.
  • Achieve sales targets for vehicles, finance, and additional products.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is maintained throughout the buying experience.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up enquiries promptly.
  • Work closely with colleagues and management to achieve showroom objectives.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Sales Executive within a Main Dealer environment – essential.
  • Prestige brand experience would be highly desirable but not essential.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, driven, and ambitious.
  • Professional and well-presented at all times.
  • Full UK Driving Licence – essential.
