Start Date: ASAPKey Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices, match purchase orders, and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and year-end accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve queries and ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Ensure all financial activities comply with school policies and relevant regulations.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • A relevant accounting qualification would be beneficial.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
