Hours: Monday - Friday, full time, 9am - 5pm

Our client is a fast-growing and respected business within the insurance and accident management sector. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of finaincial principles, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks with accuracy and efficiency. You will play a key role in maintaining our financial records and supporting smooth business operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments.
Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
Track and categorize expenses to ensure proper reporting.
Prepare and assist with monthly financial reports (profit and loss, balance sheets, cash flow statements).
Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.
Maintain organized records for audits and tax purposes.
Collaborate with management and external accountants as needed.
Use accounting software (Xero, Sage) to maintain up-to-date records.
