- Strong knowledge of SQL and Power BI.
- Familiarity with insight production.
- Ability to identify performance issues quickly and recommend solutions.
- Accountable for the day-to-day performance analytics of the department across all campaigns. Â
- Driving the real-time performance of the Contact Centre operation through the provision of meaningful insight, opportunity analysis and commentary.
- An active participant within the Direct cross-functional management structure, supporting key stakeholder to make effective decisions that optimise return on effort.
- Able to recognise potential under performance quickly so that the necessary steps and changes can be taken real time to recover the performance with minimal impact.Â
- Owner of and responsible for the development of senior stakeholder operational reporting dashboards with support from analysts.
- Providing information to effectively manage resource to ensure any all FTE are fully utilised and productive.Â
- Key stakeholder in the design and management of contact strategies to optimise conversion.Â
- Close enough to the operation to act as a bridge between the operational management teams and the wider BI/MI communities as required.
- Highly responsive when identifying performance problems or improvement opportunities, working with urgency and diligence to find robust solutions.
- Intermediate SQL and Advanced Excel and Power BI
- Interest of knowledge of working with python (ideally but not essential)
- 3+ years’ experience working in an analytics role , have experience in insight production.
- Experience of using large and varied data sets to yield credible, effective insightsÂ
- A good understanding and knowledge on the insurance industry as well as an understanding of contact centres. (ideally but not essential)
- Professional maturity, able to operate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise activities, and meet deadlines/targets.Â
