This opportunity requires expertise in navigating tenders and frameworks to win business and secure contracts within the vehicle rental sector.
The Role:
We’re looking for someone with Public Sector Sales Experience who can win, grow, and retain business across councils, NHS trusts, blue-light services, housing associations, and other government-funded organisations.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Identifying and securing new public sector contracts via existing frameworks (e.g., CCS, TPPL, ESPO, NEPO)
- Leading tender submissions from proposal to presentation
- Building long-term relationships with procurement teams and key stakeholders
- Hitting growth targets by promoting the full company offering to maximise sales
- Maintaining full CRM records and sales pipeline updates
- Account management of any contracts won
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience selling into the public sector
- Understands frameworks, procurement routes, and compliance
- Can write persuasive tender responses and tailor value propositions
- Is a confident communicator who builds trust quickly and knows how to close deals
- Has experience in automotive, commercial vehicle, vehicle rental, fleet, or mobility services
