Your Responsibilities:

  • Confidently and respectfully chase payments via phone and email.
  • Open new accounts, post daily cash/credit card payments, and reconcile receipts.
  • Generate month-end reports, reconcile ledgers, and keep systems updated with the latest credit information.
  • Handle disputes, send mail merges, and prepare manual rental invoices.
  • Cover your colleagues during leave and adapt to new systems.
