Helping to provide maintenance support to some of the UK's most exciting manufacturing facilities, the role offers an engineering challenge alongside a favourable days shift pattern with an early Friday finish.

This role would suit a hands-on, experienced maintenance professional with a strong background in both electrical and mechanical engineering in a manufacturing setting. CNC Maintenance experience is preferred, with PLC fault finding skills and at least an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent are expected for

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform planned, reactive, and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment. Assisting with Weekly Maintenance Schedule to support effective maintenance of assets and equipment.
  • Support the shift from reactive to preventative maintenance culture.
  • Diagnose faults and carry out investigations to minimise production downtime.
  • Accurately document maintenance activities, feedback, and parts used.
  • Analyse equipment failure modes and contribute to continuous improvement.

For this role, we are able to offer a salary of 42,000 based on a 37-hour week. On top of the salary, we offer competitive company pension contributions of 7%, Early Friday Finish, Life assurance, Sick Pay and a generous holiday allowance of 25 days. The company also provide car parking facilities which include electric charging station.
