Technical Manager (Electrical Trainer)
You will spend 2 days a week in the Manchester office and the rest Home Working
There will be some travel to customer sites
65,000 - 75,000 + Employer Pension Contribution - up to 10% + Enhanced Annual Leave Package + Hybrid working opportunities

Are you an expert from an Electrical background looking to play an integral role within a global business where you will help train and coach the businesses existing staff to help them develop even further in their careers?

If successful you will be joining a global leader in the Energy sector with a net worth in the multi-Billions. They are constantly exploring new technologies and progressing their staff up the ranks, something you would play a huge part of.

Your role within the company will involve acting as the point of contact for all complex electrical issues. These will be related to commercial customer site projects including power generation, consumption, and storage issues. When not solving problems, you will be mentoring and coaching more junior staff and staying ahead of the curve of new electrical specifications as they are released.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a Lead, Senior or Principal Electrical Engineer looking to step up into a Management and coaching role that will have a huge business impact. They will see themselves as a strong problem solver who is motivated to consistently learn.

The Role

* Solving complex electrical problems

* Focussing on customer site based problems

* Hybrid working - 2 days in office, 3 days from home

The Person

* You will either be a highly skilled Lead/Senior/Principal Electrical Engineer or already in a Management role with an electrical background

* Solar experience Desirable however this is not essential

* Eagar to mentor junior staff and coach the next generation
