PRODUCTION OPERATIVE
Shift: Monday to Sunday (Continental Shift Pattern) Rotating shift pattern including day and night shifts - 06:00-18:00 and 18:00-06:00
Pay Rate: £15.82 PER HOUR - Breaks: Per 12-hour shift, you will receive 4x30 mins breaks. All breaks are paid.
People Solutions are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our well-established client based in Bredbury, Stockport. This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress.
Recruitment will be held between 18.08.2025 - 28.08.2025 - This role will be starting from 31st August 2025.

Day to Day Duties:
As a Production Operative, your duties will be, but not limited to:
- Feeding raw materials into machinery
- Assembling products on an assembly line
- Attaching labels and company logos to finished products
- Operating production machinery
- Carrying out quality control checks
- Ensuring products meet safety and quality standards
- Reporting equipment faults to maintenance staff
- Monitoring production
- Storing goods and raw materials
- Cleaning and maintaining work areas and machinery
Essential Skills:
Skills needed to be a Production Operative with our client are:
- Basic level of English
- Experience working as a Production Operative – Minimum 6 months is required.
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication skills
- Will involve working in a hot environment
