Hamilton Woods are working exclusively with a Stockport based client seeking an experienced Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

  • Production of management accounts & completion of month end processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards (ACCA/ACA).

  • Lead and manage the finance team, providing mentorship and guidance.

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.

  • Manage cash flow, financial planning, and risk management.

  • Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.

  • Produce bespoke analysis and confidently relay information to all levels

Requirements:

  • ACCA or ACA qualified with significant post-qualification experience.

  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
