VTA Recruitment Ltd are working on behalf of a locally managed service provider in recruiting a driver to join their nght shift team.
Our client is a market-leading waste management company working on behalf of Stockport council.
Position: 7.5t Driver/Operative Night shiftDepartment: StreetcareWorking Hours: Sunday- Thursday nights OR Monday-Friday, 9:30 PM to 5:24 AM (37 hours per week)Rate of Pay: £15.91
Key Responsibilities:- Drive a tipper vehicle.
- Operate alone, responsible for emptying litter bins per night.
- Perform physically demanding work, including handling and lifting.
- Driving Licence: Minimum C1 licence with Tachograph card required to operate the vehicle.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the Stockport area is advantageous.
- The role involves working nights and can be physically demanding due to the nature of the tasks.
