If so this is the perfect long term opportunity for you! I am looking for a highly passionate, personable graduate who has experience with difficult behaviour in young people who wishes to work in a PRU or Alternative Provision for the remaining academic year.

Graduate Behaviour Mentor - the role

Graduate Behaviour Mentor - Requirements
* Degree 21 or above, ideally psychology but any subject considered
* Confident and empathetic
* Firm but fair approach with pupils
* Ability to build strong relationships with students
*Experience working with difficult behaviour is ideal
