This is a fantastic opportunity to support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and a range of other complex learning difficulties.

We welcome candidates from diverse professional backgrounds, including:

Essential care, residential support, or mental health support

Sports coaching, dance instruction, or childcare

Youth work, mentoring, or summer camp leadership

Psychology or education graduates looking for hands-on experience

Your Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and small group academic support

Assist with emotional regulation, behaviour management, and resilience building

Adapt learning materials to meet individual needs

Promote social, emotional, and life skills development

Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff

Safeguard and promote student welfare at all times
