We are seeking an Recruitment Office Manager to provide comprehensive support to senior management in a busy, fast-paced commercial environment, based in Stockport. The role requires a high level of discretion, business acumen, and a personable approach.

Description

Duties of the Recruitment Office Manager

  • Providing comprehensive support to senior management, including diary management and meeting coordination.
  • Managing confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Supporting with monthly stats and figures reporting
  • Producing high-quality documents, reports and presentations as required.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Being a point of contact for clients and team members.
  • Organising and facilitating internal and external meetings.
  • Ensuring all invoicing is accurate and paid
  • Supporting the implementation of new systems and processes within the business.
  • Handling ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Profile

A successful Recruitment Office Manager should have:

  • Previous experience working within a recruitment environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
  • The ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
