Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department.
- Assist with recruitment procedures, including arranging interviews and issuing employment contracts.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records.
- Handle HR-related inquiries or requests from employees.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
- Support the HR department in implementing HR projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory concerns and reporting.
Profile
A successful HR Administrator should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR administrator, HR administrative assistant or relevant role.
- Familiarity with the not-for-profit sector.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication abilities with a customer-service oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
