We're seeking an HR Advisor who will play an integral role in the human resources department of a not-for-profit organisation, based in Stockport. This individual will focus on delivering excellent HR service and support to staff across the organisation.

Description
- Provide HR advice and support to staff and management across the organisation
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Oversee employee relations including disputes, performance management, and absences
- Deliver training and development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment law and regulatory requirements
- Manage HR administration, including record keeping and reporting
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
Profile
A successful 'HR Advisor' should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience working in a HR role within a not-for-profit organisation
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Proficiency in employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
