My client are an International Manufacturer in the Electrics/Electronics sector and they sell to a wide variety of industrial customers all over the UK. They are looking for a highly capable person to join them in a sales administration role
The role will initially involve ensuring that all customer orders are inputted onto the system accurately, overseeing the order process from start to finish and being the internal customers champion, resolving enquiries, up-selling other products, and ensuring that customers feel fully supported.
To be considered for this role you should have experience as a sales order processor, ideally with a company that sells a wide range of products rather than services. You must have a good personality and be very customer focused
