Day-to-day of the role:- Provide exceptional service and advice over the telephone to both personal and business customers.
- Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet diverse customer needs.
- Maintain proactive involvement in your own performance and development, with support from the company.
- Ensure compliance with FCA and internal regulatory standards in all advice provided.
- Document all interactions thoroughly, ensuring quality of advice through detailed fact-finding and analysis.
- Proven experience within Financial Services.
- Confident and effective telephone communication skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of FCA regulatory requirements.
- Strong customer orientation and engagement abilities.
- Highly motivated with a commitment to achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and maximise productivity.
- Relevant financial services qualifications, ideally CEMAP or R05 desirable but not essential - can provide funding to complete.
