Commercial Property Solicitor – Stockport

The Firm:A well-established, full-service law firm in the North West is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its busy and successful team. The firm is recognised for its strong client relationships, approachable culture and high-quality work with a varied client base, including developers, investors, lenders, landlords and tenants across multiple sectors.

The RoleYou will join the firm’s Stockport office, managing a broad and interesting caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Work will include:

  • Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial leases for landlords and tenants
  • Development work, including site assembly and plot sales
  • Acting on property finance transactions
  • Advising on landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals and licences

Your Requirements:Applicants should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial property law
  • Strong technical skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively
  • The capability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A commercially minded, solutions-focused approach
