GREATER MANCHESTER- REMOTE WORKING AVAILABLE

A growing law firm in South Manchester are seeking an experienced Employer Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) Lawyer to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with extensive experience in EL and PL claims to advance their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload of EL and PL claims from inception to trial.

Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.

Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and trial bundles.

Liaise with clients, counsel, and other parties to ensure effective case management and resolution.

Provide expert advice to clients regarding their claims and potential outcomes.

Attend court hearings and advocate on behalf of clients.

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years of experience in handling OL, EL, and PL claims.

Strong knowledge of relevant legal principles and procedures.

Proven ability to manage claims independently and take cases through to trial.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
