You’ll also play a key role in mentoring support staff and ensuring clients receive consistently excellent service — especially those in vulnerable circumstances.What You'll Bring

5+ years PQE and strong experience in estate administration
Compassionate client approach and attention to detail
A proactive, resilient mindset and the ability to work independently
Previous experience guiding junior team members
