Private Client Solicitor – Exciting Opportunity with a Highly Respected Firm

A fantastic position has opened up for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join the established private client department of a highly reputable firm. Due to ongoing growth and expansion, the team is looking for a skilled individual to help strengthen and enhance its services.

About the Role:We are searching for a Solicitor with expertise across a range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) and Court of Protection. You'll step into a role with a steady caseload, handling diverse and complex issues for high-net-worth clients. Ideally, you’ll bring previous experience managing a team of up to two people, as this position may involve overseeing junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert advice on wills, trusts, probate, LPAs and Court of Protection matters
  • Managing a varied caseload, including complex cases for high-net-worth individuals
  • Supervising and delegating tasks to junior team members
  • Engaging in networking activities and assisting Partners with strategic decision-making

About You:

  • A Qualified Solicitor with approximately 5 years’ experience (flexibility on this for the right candidate)
  • Proven expertise across private client matters
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor up to two team members
  • Enthusiastic about stepping into a leadership role within the next 2-3 years
  • STEP accreditation is a plus, though not essential
