KeyResponsibilities

Developaccuratedemandforecasts,ensuringmaximumproductavailabilitywhilemaintainingoptimalstocklevelstomitigateshortagesandsurplus.
Executethepurchasinglifecyclebygeneratingreplenishmentrequests,placingpurchaseorders,andverifyingalignmentwithvendorleadtimes.
Trackandreportonsupplierperformancemetrics.Actastheprimaryliaisonforallproductfinishingrequirements,managingstockmovement,orderprioritisation,andreceiptofgoods.
Proactivelyinforminternalpartnersofanysupplychaindisruptionsordelays.
Assistinproducingdetailedreportsonstocklevels,stockturn,demandforecasting,andrelatedinventorymetrics.Supporttheidentificationofaged,slow-moving,andclearancestock.
Supportcontinuousprocessimprovementinitiativeswithinthesupplychain.Assistwithinventoryreconciliationandprovidenecessaryadministrativeandoccasionalimport/shippingdocumentationsupport.

RequiredSkillsandQualifications

Intermediate/advancedproficiencyinMicrosoftExcel(V-lookups,PivotTables)
Exceptionalattentiontodetail,coupledwithstronganalyticalandproblem-solvingcapabilities.
Excellentcommunicationskillsessentialforeffectiveinternalandexternalcollaboration.
Provenabilitytoworkautonomouslyandcontributeeffectivelyinateam-basedsetting;highlyflexible,proactive,andcommittedtobuildingstrongworkingrelationships
