What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing machine tooling, work holding, and cutting tools
- Driving process improvements & lean manufacturing initiatives
- Introducing and validating new machining technology
- Resolving production issues to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborating with Design, Quality, and Operations teams
What You Need:
- HNC qualification (or equivalent) in Engineering + time-served apprenticeship
- 2+ years in a Production Engineering role
- Experience in CNC machining, milling, and turning
- Knowledge of TPM, lean methodologies & process improvements
- Hands-on AutoCAD/CAM experience
