SITE MANAGER – HIGH-END OFFICE FIT OUT

Freelance role for 8/9 weeks with an opportunity for ongoing work

We are seeking a highly capable Site Manager to lead the delivery of a high-end office fit out project in the heart of Stockport. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a fast-paced, premium commercial interior scheme with a dynamic and experienced project team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure project is delivered on time, to spec, and within budget
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and on-site logistics
- Maintain high standards of health & safety, site cleanliness, and quality assurance
- Conduct and document regular site inspections and progress meetings
- Liaise closely with the Project Manager, design team, and client representatives
Required Certifications:
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid at Work
- Asbestos Awareness
- Fire Marshal
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing commercial CAT A & CAT B fit out projects
- Ability to read drawings, coordinate trades, and drive a quality finish
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive and organised individual who thrives under pressure
