Description
- Conduct detailed stock condition surveys on properties within the organisation's portfolio.
- Prepare accurate reports on property conditions and maintenance requirements.
- Identify and document any necessary repairs or upgrades during inspections.
- Assist in the planning and prioritisation of property maintenance and refurbishment schedules.
- Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations in all assessments.
- Collaborate with the construction department to support project delivery.

A successful Stock Condition Surveyor should have:
