Description
- Conduct property inspections to assess the condition of housing stock.
- Identify and record any maintenance and repair requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety and building regulations.
- Prepare detailed reports based on survey findings.

- Liaise with contractors and other stakeholders as required.
