Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including diary management and scheduling.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries professionally.
- Organise travel arrangements, including booking transport and accommodation.
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Support the planning and coordination of events and conferences as required.
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the department.
Profile
A successful Personal Assistant should have:
