  • Be the friendly first point of contact for clients and suppliers
  • Turn client briefs into clear, creative and technical instructions for our studio and print teams
  • Help coordinate large-scale campaigns (yep, the kind that involve warehouses and big deliveries!)
  • Keep projects running smoothly—think timelines, quotes, updates, and everything in between
  • Work with our customer service, warehouse, and logistics teams to keep the wheels turning
  • Make sure jobs are delivered and invoiced on time
  • Dive into data, make sense of it, and keep everything on track
What We're Looking For
  • Some experience in admin or a data-focused role (bonus if it’s in print or POS)
  • You're great at handling briefs and managing expectations without breaking a sweat
  • You thrive on multitasking and can stay calm when things get busy
  • A sharp eye for detail—you notice the little things that others miss
  • Confident communicator (both written and verbal)
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (like, really comfortable)
  • Good with numbers and aware of the bigger commercial picture
  • Bonus points if you've worked in print or handled large client projects before
