- Be the friendly first point of contact for clients and suppliers
- Turn client briefs into clear, creative and technical instructions for our studio and print teams
- Help coordinate large-scale campaigns (yep, the kind that involve warehouses and big deliveries!)
- Keep projects running smoothly—think timelines, quotes, updates, and everything in between
- Work with our customer service, warehouse, and logistics teams to keep the wheels turning
- Make sure jobs are delivered and invoiced on time
- Dive into data, make sense of it, and keep everything on track
- Some experience in admin or a data-focused role (bonus if it’s in print or POS)
- You're great at handling briefs and managing expectations without breaking a sweat
- You thrive on multitasking and can stay calm when things get busy
- A sharp eye for detail—you notice the little things that others miss
- Confident communicator (both written and verbal)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (like, really comfortable)
- Good with numbers and aware of the bigger commercial picture
- Bonus points if you've worked in print or handled large client projects before
