Overview:We are seeking a motivated and confident Junior Account Manager to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support and expand some of the UK's major accounts. You will play a key role in sustaining and enhancing profitability while building long-term relationships that support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Insight - Understand specific customer requirements in depth.
  • Client Communication - Respond promptly and accurately to customer queries.
  • Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Feedback and Coordination - Relay customer feedback to internal teams.
  • Operational Support - Manage unallocated orders to ensure timely deliveries in line with service level agreements.
  • Administrative Duties - Handle administrative tasks to support customer and stakeholder needs.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Previous experience in Sales/Retention/Customer service or account management.
  • Comfortable managing a large product range.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Professional demeanour and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels.
