We’re hiring for a Part-Time Payroll Administrator to join a well-established business based in Stockport.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing payroll processes and making sure employees are paid accurately and on time.
What’s on offer?
- £15 – £17.50 per hour
- Up to 25 hours per week with flexible working days
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Christmas shutdown
- Company-funded events throughout the year
What will you be doing as a Part time Payroll Administrator?
- Processing weekly and monthly payroll
- Collecting hours and rates from clients
- Issuing payslips accurately and on time
- Preparing and distributing payslips, P45s, P60s, and other relevant documentation.
- Responding to client and employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assisting with ad-hoc administrative and finance-related duties as required.
What we’re looking for
- Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, or similar payroll software
- Previous experience in a payroll or finance admin role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
