Job Title: Temporary Maths Teacher

Location: Stockport, Greater Manchester

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £150 - £210 per day 

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Temporary Maths Teacher to join our friendly and ambitious secondary school in Stockport. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to make a real impact in a supportive and well-resourced school environment.

The successful candidate will teach Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging and effective lessons that inspire students and support their progress.

• Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons to students aged 11–16

• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

• Contribute to the wider Maths department and school life

• Hold QTS or equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification

• Have experience teaching Maths at secondary level

• Be available to start immediately

• Be committed, flexible, and able to hit the ground running

This role is ideal for either experienced teachers or confident Early Career Teachers (ECTs) seeking classroom experience in a supportive setting.
