V7 are working with a close client who due to exponential growth are looking for a Utilities Service Coordinator to join the team on a permanent basis.
On offer is a salary of 30,000 plus exciting progression and training opportunities.
Key duties:
- Coordinate all variety of works across the utilities division in the business
- Liaise with utility companies, contractors, clients, and internal departments
- Monitor and track job progress, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Ensure all works comply with health & safety and regulatory standards
- Administration duties within the utilities team
- Payroll duties
Candidate specification:
- Previous experience in utilities
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant project tracking systems
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
