The Role:
* Supporting students across a range of abilities, including those with SEND
* Working 1:1 and in small groups, helping to boost confidence and engagement
* Assisting in the delivery of lessons across core subjects (Maths, English, Science)
* Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Being a patient, caring, and nurturing presence in the classroom

Ideal Candidates Will:
* Hold a UK degree, ideally in an education-related or core subject area
* Have strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, or Science
* Be passionate about working with young people and supporting their development
* Be considering a future in teaching or education
* Have previous tutoring or classroom experience (desirable but not essential)
* Be able to provide references covering the last 2 years
* Have an enhanced DBS on the Update Service
